SAMAA HCBS Consulting L.L.C. was founded to support agencies in building strong, compliant, and successful home and community-based service programs across Minnesota.
Our team brings real, hands-on experience in HCBS services, including Qualified Professional (QP), Designated Coordinator, and Designated Coordinator/Manager roles. We understand the challenges agencies face and provide practical support to help them meet requirements, improve systems, and serve clients with confidence.
We work with both new and existing agencies that need guidance with setup, compliance, documentation, staff training, and audit preparation.
